When you see me show me your bachelors, show me your masters. That’s the best thing you can do for me, as my fan.

i haven’t found the source video yet.

I love the way Nicki encourages people with education. I’ve seen her ask about report cards on Twitter and tell young people to bring their C’s up to B’s and B’s up to A’s. And this quote is too awesome. ❤

what if like

alistair never gets his own mabari because mabari never seem to imprint on him

they like bypass him and immediately feel a connection with anora

and anora winds up with an army of slobbering mabari hounds and they all try to sleep with her in the big royal bed and alistair has to sleep on a chaise because the dogs keep kicking him out of bed

bootsofantivanleather, thank you so much!!!

I think I might do this meme for three of my Inquisitors. Aislinn Lavellan is the youngest of the lot at seventeen, and Radha Cadash is oldest at about forty years of age. Herah Adaar is twenty five, and almost in the middle in terms of age. All female. Aislinn is a mage, Radha is a warrior, and Herah  is a rogue.

4: What season reflects their personality best?

  • Aislinn is spring. Initially she is very quiet and withdrawn, but through the course of the game (and my ao3 fic) she comes out of her shell, revealing an energetic and curious personality.
  • Radha is winter. She is bitter and angry, lonely and vengeful, and she hates becoming the Inquisitor even though she knows it’s the best path. She gentles throughout the course of the game and fic I’m writing. She sees things differently over the course of time, her opinions having been influenced by members of the Inquisition - all for the better, of course.
  • Herah is summer. Herah is bright and cheerful, a bit of a romantic, and she loves to make people laugh. She is devoted to her duty as the Inquisitor, but she loves to have some fun, and playing practical jokes on members of the Inquisition is one way she does this. If she wasn’t the Inquisitor, she’d be a lot more carefree, but even Herah recognises that you can’t have fun all the time while saving the world.

9: Do they have a background story?

  • Generally these three tend to stick with Bioware’s canon backstories. My Trevelyans do have a divergent background story, however - Bronwyn and Makkon are from a disgraced branch of the Trevelyan family that was exiled. Bronwyn and Makkon grew up on a farm, and were taken in by a mercenary company while still quite young. Makkon and Bronwyn belong to the same universe as Radha Cadash - but I’m not talking about them here, otherwise this post would  be three times as long :)

10: Do they have any family?

  • Radha Cadash had a husband and child, but they were killed by assassins hired by a rival Carta family. Her parents are dead, and so is her younger sister. These deaths have made her very bitter and lonely, and she rarely mentions her family.
  • Aislinn Lavellan had parents, but they died due to some rather…unfortunate circumstances two years before the events of the Conclave.
  • Herah Adaar grew up an orphan, joined on with the Valo-kas at age sixteen and hasn’t looked back once. She never knew any of her family. I’m starting to notice a trend here…

17: Who do you think they’ll get along with best among their companions, if any?

  • Radha gets along pretty well with the Iron Bull and Varric. Honestly, her greatest friend is probably Bronwyn Trevelyan, but again, I’m not talking about my Trevelyans here.
  • Aislinn gets along with most of the companions. She absolutely adores Cole. She loves him as a brother, and he would do anything for her. Aislinn also has two parental figures in the form of Cassandra and Vivienne, and she’s pretty fond of Solas too. There’s no companion she actually dislikes.
  • Herah and Sera get along like a house on fire. They both like women (though Herah’s sights are set firmly upon Josephine) and their senses of humour are fairly similar.

Thanks so much for sending me this!!!! I apologize for any spelling errors or bad grammer.

7/10: Gush about your favorite DAO LI: Leliana

"What I am trying to say, is that I trust you. I am comfortable around you. I know that you will be there when I need you. You are our leader, and my friend, and sometimes, I think that maybe we could be more than that… Maker… look at me, stumbling over my words like an ill-educated peasant girl. Some bard I am…”
